Our Mission
Bayou Futures Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to enhancing opportunities for student golfers. Our Scholarship Golf Series aims to provide essential financial support for higher education, fostering both academic achievement and a passion for golf. Together, we are forging a stronger future for our youth.
The Series
The Bayou Futures Scholarship Golf Series will feature events at multiple golf courses throughout the Bayou Region, along with a simulator round at The Bunker. Student golfers will earn points at each event toward the season-long championship. Every swing helps pave the way for student athletes to achieve their educational dreams.

Making A Difference
“Matt did a great job organizing the events and gathering up some good young competition. The tournaments helped the boys experience a real tournament feel. I look forward to seeing the league grow” -Eric Tate
"Bayou Futures Foundation is hands down one of the best golf tournaments for high school kids in our area! What makes it so special is that it’s run by someone who genuinely cares about these young golfers and the opportunities golf can create for their futures. If you’re not already involved, I encourage you to check it out. It’s about so much more than golf—it’s about helping pave the way for these young adults and their futures!"
-Jansen Bourg
“I didn’t know what to expect but really learned a lot about my golf game playing under pressure in a real tournament environment against good players. I look forward to having the opportunity to play again next golf season against some of the better local golfers to help improve my game.” -Charlie Tate
